The famous “Sherman” was the US-tank produced in highest numbers and many versions. The M4A2 equipped with a 75mm gun and diesel engine was manufactured from 1942 to 1944 and supplied as land-lease to Allies like USSR, Britain and France. It served also with the US Marines Corps in the Pacific campaign.
